Does our food meet AAFCO regulations?
Yes! Our food is designed to meet and exceed AFFCO standards for a complete and balanced food for pups & cats in all their life stages.
Should i consult with my vet if Zato Pet Food is right for my pet?
Yes, we encourage you consult with your veterinarian about your pet's specific dietary needs and feeding guidelines. Our recipes are formulated to fully replace a standard diet but each pet has his own unique needs and don'ts that your vet can help narrowing down to obtain the best diet and supplementation for your pet.
Do i need to keep the food refrigerated?
Yes! Our fresh food is cooked then frozen to preserve its nutritional value. We do not add preservatives. Keep the food refrigerated and thaw the day before or in room temperature water before use.
Do i have to cook the food?
No, the food is cooked and ready to eat. You can heat it up or add a bit of hot water if your pup prefers warm meals.
Is our food always cooked?
Yes! We cook all our products. But if you are interested in raw food get in contact with us and we can set it up for bulk orders.
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually delivered as soon as next day, if inventory is low or specific flavors are being prepared they can take up to 3-4 days.
What is the return policy?
Products are delivered frozen, we cannot take products back as handling and temperatures can't be guaranteed after delivered.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
