Meet, T-Bone, our "CQO" - Chief Quality Officer.

From just a few months old, he's shown a knack for business (not to be confused with his zoomies).

Initially, mastering the art of the deal by acquiring the optimal number of treats at every encounter.

Later graduating to formulate his own food mix, Zato Pet Food. Adopting a more"paws on" role as an official tester or "critic ."

Nutrition & health quest

Kibble was invented during World War two in response to two big factors at that time:

1.Beef and protein shortages

2. Metals for packaging food ( Metals were used for ammunition production)

The result was a cost-efficient option for manufacturers, one that prioritized cheap, ultra-processed ingredients and low-quality fillers while largely ignoring the serious toll on our pets' long-term health.

Fast forward to today’s pet health crisis: pets suffer from serious health issues largely tied to a lifetime of ultra-processed kibble feeding.

Obesity now affects approximately 59% of dogs and 61% of cats in the U.S, while dental disease is equally rampant—70–80%+ of dogs and cats show some form of periodontal disease by adulthood.
